Cuban Special Event

Members of the Federación de Radioaficionados de Cuba (FRC), in Las Tunas Province, will be active using their callsign CO9KAA to celebrate the 50th anniversary of the 'Jornada Cucalambeana' starting June 28th until July 3rd.
Activity will be on 80/40/20/15/10/6 meters using CW and SSB.
The "Jornada Cucalambeana" is a cultural event which takes place each year around this date honoring Juan Cristobal Napoles Fajardo (aka "El Cucalambé"), a popular poet who was born in Las Tunas on July 1st, 1829.
Those stations who contact CO9KAA on at least 3 bands, no matter the mode, will receive a digital certificate.
