Congratualtions to K2RSK

Here in the Western New York DX Association we have the crying towel award which is given out to a fellow club member that was spotted NOT working a DX station.
Peter was observed NOT working the latest operation from Viet Nam...Just the other day! The whole point of the award is to recognize those
member that are on the air TRYING to work DX.

It should be noted that Peter, K2RSK has been an avid DX-er and lacks only one country, Kergulen Island, to have worked them all. What is even more amazing is that ALL of Peter's contacts were made with 100 watts or less!
