From our Club secretary WB2AIV, Bill comes the following info on renewals:
If you use Logbook of the World, keep an eye on your email. Your TQSL Certificate (which is needed to sign and submit your log) expires every three years. They will send you an email about 3 weeks telling you to renew it and a link to the instructions. When you get the notice DON'T put it off! As long as your current certificate hasn't expired, renewal is very straightforward. If you don't renew it before the expiration date there is a different procedure to be used to get a new one issued and it's a bit more complicated.
I just submitted my renewal and it only took a few minutes. ARRL will have to review the request to approve it and should send me a new certificate in a day or so.
