How to Receive DWD Broadcasts

Now that we have the frequencies and schedules for DWD we can receive their broadcasts whenever we have propagation to Germany. This morning I was able to copy DWD on 30 meters at 8:00 am EST.

To decode these broadcasts use any digital encoding/ decoding software that you would use to operate in Amateur digital modes.
In my case, I used FLdigi in RTTY mode. The difference here is the broadcast parameters used by commerical stations. In DWD's case you have to set the shift for 425 Hz and a Baud rate of 50.
